Whale Watching Isla Iguana

Panama is one of the places where thousands of whales travel through on their yearly migrations.
Isla Iguana is on the Pacific ocean, approximately 8k off Pedasi’s shore. White sand, crystal clear waters is the scenario for this spectacle.
The whale watching season begins early July, till the end of September, the majority of the specimens, are humpback whales, although dolphins are seen in 99% of the trips.
Swimming with these amazing animals is not allowed, (i know, unfair). Their habitats must be protected if we are to keep enjoying this natural beauty.
Important Notes:
- Minimum Pax: 4
- Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed
- Visitors MUST bring their Government-Issued ID. You must register with the local authorities before boarding the boat.
- Pets are NOT allowed.

8:00 AM Departure
To better enjoy this trip, we encourage visitors to be at departure location on time.
Where: Riba Smith Supermarket in Chitre.
Time: 8:00 AM.
This bus ride will take about 1:30 minutes.

9:30 AM
upon arrival at the dock, a boat will be waiting for you, to take you to what you have been waiting for. Boat ride is about 30 minutes or less.
It is important to note, the captains are certified and the boat all have life jackets for safety.

1:00 PM ish....
Isla Iguana. So this island is where you will have lunch, enjoy some snorkeling, swim, basically relax. This is after you have seen the whales you went there for.

back in the boat to catch your ride back to Chitre.

Arriving back at Chitre marks the end of this tour.
