Discover Guna Yala

Guna Yala, most known as San Blas, is one of the most prestigious holidays destinations you can visit in Panama.
The Guna Yala region is one of various Indigenous Communities in Panama, which has served to protect the area and its natural resources. Visiting it, will most likely create an experience that you will remember for life.

Being a natural reserve, its fair to say that most of its infrastructure is rudimentary, in contrast with the city, which at the same time is perfect for those who like to relax and enjoy some time under the sun and palm trees.
Picture a quick car ride through the middle of the rain-forest, arriving at a dock with a lot of activity specially on weekends, the willingness and great service of locals assisting you carrying your baggage, a fun boat ride to the island, if you are lucky you will see dolphins, and then… you’re there.
Once at the island, you will be shown where the facilities are, and encouraged to take a look around, set up up with a couple hammocks, and relax.

Guna Yala is one of those places where you wont believe you are only 3 hours away from the city, the Island owners provide the best service, and are always willing to assist you with anything you need.

Make sure you bring the following items with you:

• Government-issues ID (you wont be able to enter without it)
• Sunblock/sunscreen
• Off Spray
• Snorkeling gear.
• Booze 🙂
• Portable Speakers
• Portable Power Bank

And because we dont want you to have a bad experience, please keep in mind the following:

• Cellphone coverage with most providers is only good enough for calls. No internet.
• Pets are NOT ALLOWED.
